Readyforthedraft.com's Gregg Schutze shares his passion for the NFL draft and takes you on a journey leading up to the 2020 NFL Draft.
This year's WR draft class is deep, not only at the top of the draft, but teams will be able to land receivers who can contribute on the 2nd and 3rd days of the draft as well. Jerry Jeudy has long been thought of as the top wideout, but after his Julio Jones-like performance against Texas, CeeDee Lamb is on his heels. Henry Ruggs III may be this year's Hollywood Brown, while Tee Higgins and Laviska Shenault are big time playmakers. Jalen Reagor is sudden, while DeVonta Smith and Tylan Wallace is a polished route runner, while Collin Johnson and Michael Pittman are big, physical WR's. Tyler Johnson and Bryan Edwards are reliable veteran WR's, while Justin Jefferson and Sage Surratt are emerging as playmakers. Antonio Gandy-Golden is the small-school wideout to watch, while Denzel Mims is ready for his best season yet at Baylor. Then there's Van Jefferson, who may be the most underrated of the wideouts in this class.
Gregg also breaks down Week 7 action and takes a look at this week's matchups to watch.
